    A seasoned corporate executive with over 17 years of experience in compliance, governance, capital markets, and corporate finance, with deep expertise in listed and large private companies, public offerings, equity raisings, and debt structuring; a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.

  • Kanesh Jayasinghe – Valuation & Transaction Advisory Consultant

Founder’s Statement

I am a Chartered Accountant (CAANZ), a Certified Accountant (ACCA UK), and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD), with over 20 years of experience spanning Big 4 assurance, corporate finance leadership, and advisory services.

My career includes 15 years at EY, where I played a pivotal role in Assurance & Advisory teams, working with ASX-listed and large public companies. This, combined with 8 years in commercial finance leadership, has equipped me with a deep understanding of complex accounting challenges, strategic growth planning, process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.

I’ve worked closely with Executive Teams and Boards, driving financial strategies that enhance governance, mitigate risks, and unlock new growth opportunities. My ability to combine big-picture strategy with a detail-driven approach helps businesses streamline operations, navigate AAS & IFRS complexities, and achieve long-term value creation.
